Our rendered leaf lard is 100% pork fat that will undergo a process called rendering. We will slowly cook the leaf fat until the fat is melted. Once chilled, it will solidify into a smooth, white substance you can use for baking, sautéing, and general cooking. It’s flavor-neutral, so you won’t find any lingering pork flavor!
